Focused Marriages Payment Terms and Policies

Effective Date: 3/3/2026

By booking a session, event, or service with Focused Marriages, you agree to the following payment terms and policies.

  1. Payment Due at Booking

All coaching sessions, workshops, intensives, and event registrations must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in writing.

Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

  1. Accepted Forms of Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • Approved digital payment platforms listed on our website

We do not accept personal checks.

  1. Refund Policy

All payments for coaching sessions are non-refundable.

Because sessions are reserved exclusively for you, we do not issue refunds for:

  • Missed appointments
  • Late cancellations
  • No-shows

Event tickets and special event registrations are also non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Focused Marriages.

  1. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule a session with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

All rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.

  1. Late Arrival Policy

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

If you arrive late:

  • The session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time.
  • No additional time will be added.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed session at our discretion.

  1. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows forfeit the full session fee. If there is an unhealthy pattern of cancelled or rescheduled session, Focused Marriages may decline all future sessions.

  1. Payment Plans (If Offered)

If a payment plan is offered for an intensive or package:

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
  • Missed payments may result in suspension of services.
  • All payment plan agreements are binding.
  1. Chargebacks and Disputes

By booking with Focused Marriages, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered in accordance with this agreement.

  1. Pricing Changes

Focused Marriages reserves the right to update pricing at any time. However, confirmed bookings will honor the rate at the time of purchase.

By submitting payment and booking a session or event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Payment Terms and Policies.
